What are some of the common conditions that you treat?
At 5 Elements Health Acupuncture, the whole person is treated. As such, treatment focuses not only on issues that might prompt you to come in initially, but also on other secondary conditions that are resulting from imbalances within the body.
Some of the more popular reasons why people come to 5 Elements Health initially are:
|• Chronic Illness||• Depression/Anxiety||• Stress|
|• Headache/Migraine||• Insomnia||• PMS|
|• Back/Neck Pain||• Asthma||• Fertility|
|• Sporting Injuries||• Allergies||• Pregnancy symptoms|
|• Digestive disorders/IBS||• Fatigue||• Menopause symptoms|
What if I don't like needles?
You are not alone. Many people do not like the thought of needles. Japanese needles are extremely thin(only the thickness of a strand of hair), and the needling methods are shallow and virtually painless.
Japanese acupuncture utilises many non-needle techniques which can be used in conjunction with or in place of needles to treat the acupuncture points and meridians.
Why Japanese Acupuncture?
Japanese acupuncture treats more than just symptoms, in fact the primary focus of Japanese acupuncture is to strengthen the constitution, providing a more complete treatment. This strategy relieves symptoms as the body gently heals, allowing long-term, stable results, rather than short-term, immediate relief.
Can you help me and my family?
Yes! Frances Browne is a government registered, university qualified acupuncturist. She is a member of Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA) and a registered Toyohari Acupuncturist (Japan).
