24 Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy

5 Elements Health has a full fee 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for all appointments.

Missed appointments, cancellations and rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill, and prevent someone else in need from being able to take up that appointment time.

A minimum 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduled appointments is required in order to avoid the cancellation fee.

Of course in the case of an emergency or if someone is able to take the appointment you will not be charged.

To cancel or reschedule please call the clinic on 4365 2100 and if you are unable to speak to someone please leave a message. Please do not cancel via email as emails are easily missed.
